ONE-TO-ONE CONSULTATIONS

 

I offer face-to-face consultations at my private practice in south-west London and also at Physio on the River, Barnes. Telephone and online consultations using FaceTime or Zoom can also be arranged.

How does it work?

I work with you to find out what your problems are and help you put together a plan to help you achieve your goal.

To make the most of your consultation you may be asked to complete a 3-day food diary prior to your first appointment.

The initial consultation will last an hour where we will complete a health questionnaire regarding your medical history, symptoms and eating habits.

During the next consultation I will report any findings from the analysis of your food diary and where necessary, recommend changes to your diet or lifestyle. We will work together to discuss your goals and put together a plan to help you make these changes.

Follow up appointments are designed to assess progress and provide help with any adjustments to help you reach your goals. The number of follow-up appointments are within your control as every person’s requirements are unique.

  1. Initial consultation (1 hr) : £90

  2. Follow-up consultation (30-40 mins): £60

  3. Package of initial consultation plus 2 follow-up sessions £180

 

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

Lighten Your Life is an evidence-based weight loss programme for long term weight loss. I run the programme in small groups of people and is currently online via Zoom (max 8 people). Being part of a group provides you with a supportive, non-judgemental environment. It will give you the confidence and knowledge to change your behaviours and relationship with food.

 

HEALTH WRITING

I provide evidenced-based writing and content for blogs, Instagram posts, magazine articles.

CORPORATE WELLNESS AND PRESENTATIONS

Sharon is a confident public speaker and can provide talks on a variety of topics. Sharon has provided visiting lecturer workshops at Roehampton university on Food Diary Analysis, and ‘Wellness Wednesday’ talk at Sweaty Betty, Wimbledon Village.
